The exhibition offers viewers an exclusive opportunity to acquaint themselves with Manara’s most recent creations, including an exceptional series of new illustrations depicting the metamorphoses of Zeus for the opening, in October, of the 2023-2024 season at the Teatro Pergolesi, in Jesi (Italy), with Mozart’s opera Così fan tutte (based on a libretto in Italian by Lorenzo da Ponte) and ten pages from the artist’s new album, Le Nom de la Rose, a two-volume adaptation of the novel by Umberto Eco, due out from Éditions Glénat this September.
