Harriet Logan is one of Britain’s most audacious photographers. Visited Afghanistan twice, once in 1997 and the other was in December 2001, after the Taliban’s defeat, Logan reflects the changes of Afghanistan by capturing the images of the women in the region. From her powerful portraits of women which reveal a world of sorrow, pain, desperation, and ultimately glimmers of hope – are the proof of the transformation of the chaotic region.
