It’s exciting to once again have both the modern and contemporary departments of the Sladmore back under one roof. This exhibition showcases the diverse range of sculpture, created over a seventy year period which saw unprecedented change. This selection shows the widening range of the Sladmore’s focus from the emotive and romantic power of Rodin through to the distilled stylisation of Laurens.
