The context of fine-and applied arts /
The focus of the gallery activity is on aesthetic modernism, which is reflected in the works of fine and applied arts from Bauhaus to contemporary abstract painting. In 1977 Stefan Vogdt founded his Gallery . In the first decade after the foundation of the gallery, objects of applied art were clearly the focus of the activity. In the 1990s Stefan Vogdt took a closer look at architecture and its reflection in the medium of photography. Architectural photography developed into one of the main themes of the gallery.
