SBI Art Auction is thrilled to announce the "64th SBI Art Auction | LIVE STREAM AUCTION", live streaming on April 12 and 13, 2024. This sale marks the first live-streamed sale of 2024 and features a selection of works by prominent Japanese artists recognized both in Japan and internationally. Among the highlights are a 1982 mixed media work by KUSAMA Yayoi, whose painting soared beyond 200 million yen at our latest auction held at the Tokyo International Forum on March 9, a canvas work by ROKKAKU Ayako from 2008 exhibited at her solo exhibition at the Kunsthal Rotterdam in 2011, and a canvas work from 2017 by IDA Yukimasa, who successfully completed his first museum solo show in Japan at the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art at the end of last year. Additionally, the sale showcases emerging artists like Mariah FERRARI, an American artist born in 1996 known for depicting the sensation of life through intertwined limbs, enchanting colors, and wet textures.
