This artwork was part of Taylor A. White´s solo show "Memories of a Carpet Monster" at Galerie Kremers in 2018 and created during the artist´s stay in Berlin in preparation for his show. In the process of creation Taylor changed it dramatically and there are different layers of canvas on the stretcher behind the visible front - a very special for a Taylor A. White collector. The title was derived from the German "Danke schön" which sounded like "Dunk on Shawn" to the American ears.
