In "Elevation," Czech sculptor Josef Marek plays with the contrasts: interior/exterior, transparency/opacity, lightness/darkness, tall/narrow. The elegant work first appears simple, but it reveals a subtle, imaginative world with bright stars created by the tiniest air bubbles shining against the dark center.
